Jessie Kelly has been practicing law for 15 years. She is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. She is a proud Army spouse and landed in El Paso when her husband received orders to Fort Bliss in 2017. She and her husband fell in love with El Paso and decided to stay in the Sun City to raise their two daughters. Her husband remains in the U.S. Army Reserve.
